Pattern

Sometimes I just crave a bit of variety, and while I would definitely pick a solid over a pattern, I have a couple of pairs of patterned pants that I reach for when I feel like a change.

oversized top : cotton on
jeans : rivers
loafers : rubi
bag : stella mcartney for target

These jeans are great for non work days.  The yellow, grey and hint of black while colourful, is still quite subdued to my way of thinking, and as I can't wear yellow close to my face, this is a fun way to include just a little of it in my wardrobe.

    Yellow can certainly be a tricky color when worn near the face.

    Lynette, thanks for dropping by. We can assume colour needs to be worn near the face to have an impact but that's not always so.
